Will I receive my item in time for Christmas?

Here are the cut off dates for ordering to assure receiving the item by 12/24.  It is separated by time zone.

When will I receive my item?
As soon as your item is paid in full, the item usually leaves our warehouse within two business days.  Shipping to your home then takes about:  1 to 3 business days to the East Coast;  3 to 5 business days to the Mid-States;  5 to 7 business days to the West Coast.  Please be aware that it may take up to 5 extra days during busy holiday seasons.

How much will it cost to ship this item to me?
Shipping is free to all of our ecommerce customers within the continental US.  There are no additional shipping, handling, or shipping insurance fees.  The price you see next to the item is the amount you will pay, with the exception of sales tax, if applicable.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax in only charged for purchases shipped to  PA (6%) and MD (5%).

Will I receive tracking numbers when my order ships?
Yes.  Tracking numbers will be emailed to you directly from FedEx the day after your item leaves our warehouse.  Once you receive them you can track your purchase online at

Why didn't I receive my tracking numbers?
We had to ask FedEx that question since they are responsible for emailing them to you, and their response was, "Due to customers' spam filtration settings, which are beyond our control, it is possible that the emails are deleted or moved out of the inbox without notification to the email user."   Please note:  Most customers do receive their tracking numbers.  If you do not, your shipment will not be affected  ... it will still arrive in a timely fashion.

I just received my item and a piece is broken/missing.  What should I do?
First and foremost, we apologize for the inconvenience.  We will gladly send you replacement part(s) FREE of charge.  In order to process your request as quickly as possible, we need a few key pieces of information about your order.  Please visit the link below and fill out the Request for Replacement Parts section in its entirety.
